Peachtree Farm

Huntress Associates, Inc. developed a Master Plan providing for 29 traditionally detailed homes and five townhouses at Peachtree Farm, a former gravel pit surrounded by residential homes and neighborhoods.

The streetscape includes cedar lampposts, picket fences, stone walls and sidewalks.

Using the town's Open Space Bylaw, HAI preserved more than 50% of the property to be protected as permanent open space, including the proposed village green at the heart of the project.
