Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill
Formal Garden Restoration
North Andover, Massachusetts

Working in collaboration with Paysage Historic Landscape Architects, Huntress Associates prepared construction documents and oversaw the restoration of the formal gardens and grounds of this historic estate. Site improvements included the restoration of plant beds, walkways, benches, and a new terrace for functions and formal events. HAI coordinated the selection of materials and preparation of construction detailing that were required to implement the first phase of the Master Plan prepared by Paysage. Phase one construction began last fall, and is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2003.
