Athletic Facility Master Plan

Huntress Sports provided site investigation and master planning services for Newbury College on their efforts to secure a site for a new and expanded athletic program. The scope of work included:

• Development Opportunities and Constraints Analysis
• Permitting Summary
• Preliminary Construction Cost Estimates
• Site Planning to accommodate NCAA Baseball, Softball and Soccer Fields
