Endicott Plaza
North Andover, Massachusetts

As the project Land Planner and Landscape Architect, Huntress Associates, Inc. provided overall site design, layout, and permitting services for Endicott Plaza, including more than three acres of mixed-use commercial / office space in addition to a 102-room, extended-stay hotel situated on approximately 13 acres. The buildings range in height from two to five stories, and were designed to reflect a New England vernacular. To allow views of this traditional architecture from Route 125, these buildings have been brought toward the front of the site. Furthermore, more than 75% of the required parking was located to the side or rear of the buildings, providing for selective views into the site toward the hotel.
